Pamela Anderson owns up to pending taxes

Los Angeles: Pamela Anderson is taking "full responsibility" for the financial situation she is in currently - owing more than USD 490,000 in income tax. The former `Baywatch` star owes USD 493,144 in personal income tax according to the California Franchise Tax Board and insists the situation is "driving her crazy", though she is doing her best to resolve the matter, reported celebrity news website Access Hollywood.

"I take full responsibility and I`m working it all out as best I can. I hate to owe anybody anything. It`s driving me crazy, but I`m doing everything I can to solve all that," said Anderson. The 42-year-old mother of two also claimed that the tax problem has been ongoing, but only recently came into public due to her appearance on reality TV show `Dancing with the Stars`. "You know that`s been going on for a while, but it got picked up because when you`re in the press I guess they dig around and try to find some dirt. I`m doing everything I can, obviously that`s really important to me," she said. PTI
