Sonakshi is Ranveer’s new ladylove?

Mumbai: No matter how apparent it is, Bollywood stars categorically deny being in a relationship with their “just good friend”. Not too long ago, we had this news of Sonakshi turning down a date with `Band Baaja Baarat` sensation Ranveer Singh, but now the story seems to have taken a flip. Both Sona and RS are just one film old in the industry and they are already making waves. The two young actors are producers` hot favourites and have been making headlines relentlessly. And if the latest news that is doing rounds is to be believed, Sona-Ranveer are Bollywood’s latest item! Ranveer and Sonakshi were spotted in Bandra and looked very comfortable in each other’s company. And what grabbed eyeballs was the fact that the two were holding hands and looked like lovebirds. Talking to a tabloid, a source revealed, "The two looked extremely engrossed in each other, oblivious to everything around them. They clearly looked like a couple that evening. Their body language said it all." Sonakshi had confessed on a TV chat show that she likes Ranveer a lot. Junior Shotgun and Ranveer’s proximity grew during the IIFA event held in Toronto. Then, Ranveer was allegedly in a relationship with his BBB co-star Anushka Sharma. Explaining what brought about a rift between Anushka and Ranveer, a source said, “Ranveer started feeling suffocated with Anushka. She was getting too possessive about him. A point came when he couldn`t take it anymore." "Sparks have been flying between Ranveer and Sonakshi. And now it`s a full blown affair. They do not even have qualms about going out in public together," added the source. However, Ranveer preferred to remain quiet by giving a cliché clarification. He said, "Sonakshi and I have been acquainted recently through our professional interactions and brief meetings at formal events. She is a warm and friendly person. I am not dating anybody at the moment."
