American singer Katy Perry has revealed that she was blown away when Queen guitarist Brian May came to watch her play at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire.

Washington, June 14: American singer Katy Perry has revealed that she was blown away when Queen guitarist Brian May came to watch her play at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire.Perry, 24, was stunned when she saw May, and just could not hide her adoration for him.
“Me and Mr. May!!!” Contactmusic quoted her as writing on her blog next to a picture she had posted of herself and the legendary rocker. “The amazing Brian May came out to my show in London and I was oh so flattered. “He was so sweet and my stalker side came out for sure... we had a photo session... and I wanted to share a picture with you of me and one of the men responsible for my love of music (sic),” she wrote. The “I kissed a Girl” singer also confessed that she was very terrified about performing her version of Queen’s hit ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’ in front of the 61-year-old musician. “I was nervous to play in front of him... especially my Queen cover,” she said. “If you haven’t gotten into the amazingness that was/is Queen get into it. FAT BOTTOM GIRLS YOU MAKE THIS ROCKING WORLD GO ROUND! (sic),” she added. ANI
