UK ‘X Factor’ `eyeing` Scary Spice Mel B

Mel B has been promised a full-time job on the X Factor job if she quits the Aussie version of the show.

London: Mel B has been promised a full-time job on the X Factor job if she quits the Aussie version of the show.
Scary Spice’s brutal honesty and withering put-downs at the auditions impressed bosses so much she was first choice for this year’s talent contest, the Sun reported. But the 37-year-old, was too busy filming the show Down Under so they signed Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger to join Tulisa Contostavlos. However, they are doing all they can to get Mel for 2013. “Mel was our first choice. She was so quick and honest. You can’t let everyone down gently or the praise is meaningless,” a source told the publication. “There’s a lot of money on the table for her next year,” the source added. ANI
