Mumbai: Bong bombshell Bipasha Basu recently had a harrowing time in Surat, where she attended the launch ceremony of The Grand Bhagwati - a five-star hotel. Evidently, Bipasha was surrounded by large crowd of people, who were gathered to catch a glimpse of the actress. Soon, the crowd turned out of control and in a major hustle, Bipasha faced a minor injury on face, near her left eye. At last, it was cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who saved the actress from the berserk crowd. The event was also attended by cricket legend Kapil Dev and Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The organisers failed to control the crowd even as Bipasha made incessant requests to manage the horde. News has it that a scared Bipasha stayed in a room on the eighth floor of the hotel and strictly instructed bouncers not to allow anyone there. In the evening, Kapil Dev and Mahendra Singh Dhoni addressed the media even as Bipasha gave it a complete miss.
