Moscow: The salaries of Russians will at least double by 2030, according to a forecast of the country's long-term social and economic development published by the social and economic development ministry.
In line with the forecast, pensions will more than triple by 2030.
As of late 2012, Russia's average monthly wage amounted to 26,500 rubles ($882) and the country's average pension totalled about 9,100 rubles ($303).
Inflation in Russia will remain higher than in developed countries until 2022-2023, the forecast says. In 2012, inflation was 6.6 percent.
