`Doctor Who’ now a computer game!

`Doctor Who` will soon be made into a computer game.

London: BBC show Doctor Who will soon be made into a computer game. The makers of the TV programme have linked up with videogame creator Charles Cecil to release four interactive episodes of the show in ‘Doctor Who: The Adventure Games’.
"Establishing new forms of drama is exactly what the BBC should be doing," BBC News quoted Simon Nelson, head of BBC multiplatform in Vision, as saying. He added: "By aiming these interactive episodes at the broad audience of the TV show - unique in British television, in that it encompasses at least three generations - we`re aiming to encourage the family to gather round the PC or Mac in the same way they do the television.” Fans can fight with enemies as the Doctor, and enter different universes. Moreover, Matt Smith, who plays the Doctor and Karen Gillan, who plays companion Amy, have provided voice-overs for the game. The game will be available for free download via the Doctor Who website in June. ANI
