Mumbai: Ajay Devgn, whose films garnered at the Box Office in 2010, has had a great start this year as well. His film ‘Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji’, directed by Madhur Bhandarkar, has impressed the audiences. The 42 year old actor might have a dil like a baccha but is of the opinion that men get bolder as they turn older. And which is why the film industry is still being ruled by the older lot. Expressing his take on older men calling the shots in Bollywood even today, Ajay said, "Let`s face it, it`s a worldwide phenomenon in any film industry and there is nothing to feel shy about. Whether it is Hollywood or Bollywood, you would find heroes who come with a decade or more of experience actually calling the shots." The two time National Award winning actor is quite right. The Khan brigade- Shah Rukh, Aamir, Salman and Saif, had begun their Tinsel Town journey almost a couple of decades back. Even the Khiladi of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar is almost 20 years old in the industry. And these superstars are still going strong and have a lot more to offer in future. Talking about dominance of older men in the industry, Ajay said, "This is why I always say that men will be men, I remember telling someone that whatever be the case, the fact is that industry toh buddhe hi chala rahe hain (The Industry is ruled by older men). After all, “older the wine, the better it gets”.
