Mallika is keen on pulling off a Freida Pinto for the actress just doesn’t seem to get enough of Hollywood. The actress, who recently signed Indra Kumar’s ‘Dhamaal 2’, delivered a shocker to the filmmaker when she denied attending the muhurat of the film. And it’s all because Mallika doesn’t think it’s time yet to return from her Western sojourn. Mallika’s attitude is making it difficult for the filmmaker to make the call.

Mumbai: Mallika Sherawat is keen on pulling off a Freida Pinto for the actress just doesn’t seem to get enough of Hollywood. The actress, who recently signed Indra Kumar’s ‘Dhamaal 2’, delivered a shocker to the filmmaker when she denied attending the muhurat of the film. And it’s all because Mallika doesn’t think it’s time yet to return from her Western sojourn. As per reports even though the film is all ready to go on floor, Mallika’s attitude is making it difficult for the filmmaker to make the call. Confirming the news a source told a daily, “Mallika won’t be attending the muhurat although everyone thinks she will. She was in LA and has already taken a flight back to Mumbai. Going by her nature, she is not very keen to come to the muhurat because she wants to stay away from the Indian media. The producers Ashok Thackeria and Reliance Big Pictures, tried to reason with her, it is her film after all, but she doesn’t want to attend the muhurat, which will take place at Mehboob Studios.” Mallika’s official spokesperson confirmed the news and said, “The muhurat was originally scheduled for September 3. Then it was shifted to 2nd and finally to September 1. Mallika had planned her return based on the initial dates. She has been busy finishing her dub for her next movie ‘Love Barrack’ and hence could not pre-pone her ticket to accommodate the new muhurat date.”
