Sonam Kapoor learns time management from Pankaj Kapoor

Mumbai: Bollywood stars often have a unique way of showing off their importance; some do it by portraying their domineering act and some, by simply walking late to the sets. Recently, budding star Sonam Kapoor got a lesson of life from none other than director Pankaj Kapoor, as the veteran actor taught time management to the pretty actress. Sonam Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor are part of Pankaj Kapoor’s directorial debut ‘Mausam.’ However, known for his perfectionist nature, Pankaj is a strict disciplinarian when it comes to work and expects nothing but the best from his actors. In order to ensure that Sonam and Shahid were acting precisely the way he envisioned, Pankaj arranged acting workshops for both the actors as his Anderi office. With Sonam reaching forty minutes late on the very first day of the workshop, the pretty actress was blankly told that the workshop was cancelled. Sonam was painstaking careful the next day and made sure that she reached her director`s office on time. However, the third day Sonam got late by twenty minutes and an SMS informed her that the workshop was cancelled. When enquired on the whole incident, talking to a news daily, ‘Mausam’ director Pankaj Kapoor laughed off the episode and said, “We are just at the script reading stage. We do this in my office. The two kids (Shahid and Sonam) sit in front of me and read out their respective parts. You are right that I have been holding workshops for ‘Mausam’, but baki ki khabar sahi nahin hai. I am sorry.”
