A US judge rejected the company’s request to lift a pre-trial injunction against sales of its Galaxy Nexus phone.
New Delhi: South Korean phone maker Samsung Electronics Co received another setback after a US judge on Tuesday rejected the company’s request to lift a pre-trial injunction against sales of its Galaxy Nexus phone, as per media reports.
A US Judge yesterday ruled against Samsung’s appeal to stay the sales of its Galaxy Tab 10.1 against a preliminary injunction filed by tech rival Apple Inc, according to media reports.
The court granted Apple’s request to file a preliminary injunction against the Android-powered tablet, considered a rival and challenge to its wide-selling iPad.
Last week US District Judge Lucy Koh ordered blocking the sales of Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus smartphone.
