New Delhi: Taiwanese personal computer maker Asus on Tuesday said it is looking to almost double its market share in India to over 15 percent by end of 2013.
"According to IDC, India PC market size is around 5 million units per year. We are expecting this to grow in the range of 10 to 20 percent. Our target is to have more than 15 percent market share in India by end of 2013," Asus India MD for Systems Business Group Alex Huang said here in an event.
Asus on Tuesday launched Asus S Series Ultrabooks, new form of notebook PCs, and Asus F series thin notebooks in partnership with computer chip maker Intel and software giant Microsoft.
