New Delhi: Now removing offensive content from the world's largest social networking site Facebook wouldn't be easy. The company has made it tougher to take the content down and the same would be done if it gets a legal or government notice. This is in line with the latest Supreme Court ruling, as per media reports.
Unlike earlier, the content wouldn't get restricted if flagged now and only upon legal notice the same would be done.
India had 14,971 content restriction requests in the July-December period, coming next to France, according to a Facebook report released on Thursday.
