Multi-tasking as mother helped Jolie direct movie

Angelina Jolie says the experience of multi-tasking as a mother helped her in being a wise director.

London: Actress Angelina Jolie, who raises six children with partner Brad Pitt, says the experience of multi-tasking as a mother helped her in being a wise director.
The 36-year-old actress, who turned director with "In the Land of Blood and Honey", feels she could manage things in a better and more organised way. "There`s constantly people asking you for something, so the multi-tasking of motherhood transfers very well to being a director. With all these other adults, you still feel this strange, nurturing, mothering quality for everybody," contactmusic.com quoted Jolie as saying. The actress, best known for her roles in "Salt" and "Mr. &. Mrs Smith", also revealed that she loved being behind the camera for a change. "I loved watching another actress in the spotlight, do an extraordinary job, and I loved making her beautiful and interesting, protecting her emotions, and showing people her talent. It`s all very bizarre. I still find it very strange. I don`t know how I got here. I didn`t intend to do this, really," she said. IANS
