Sophie Dahl expecting a baby

London: Model and TV presenter Sophie Dahl is expecting a baby with her musician husband Jamie Cullum.

A spokesman for the couple, who got married earlier this year, has confirmed that Dahl is expecting their first child, a news daily reported. "In response to a number of recent enquiries, Jamie Cullum and Sophie Dahl are delighted to confirm that Sophie is four months pregnant. There will be no further comment at this time," the spokesman said. Dahl, 31, who is the granddaughter of author Roald Dahl, married jazz musician Cullum at a luxurious country hotel in January after keeping the event secret from all but their closest friends and family. Cullum and Dahl had a blessing at the Lime Wood Hotel, set in the New Forest National Park, followed by a sit-down meal in a marquee. The wedding was thought to have had a "winter wonderland" theme, with the venue lit with hundreds of fairy lights. PTI
