New Delhi: Mark Zuckerberg took to Facebook to share his thoughts and clear air on the 'Trending Topics' issue on the social networking site wherein the contractors working for the company have been accused of suppressing stories with conservative viewpoints.

“I want to share some thoughts on the discussion about Trending Topics,” the CEO and Founder of Facebook stated.

“Facebook stands for giving everyone a voice,” he adds.

Trending Topics is one of the latest designs of the company wherein the most newsworthy and popular conversations on Facebook surfaces.

And as per reports, the contractors of the company working on the Trending Topics have been accused of suppressing conservative topics.
