Miley Cyrus grabs crotch on stage at VH1 Divas concert

New York: Miley Cyrus unleashed her inner punk rocker onstage while performing at the VH1 Divas concert on Sunday night.

Performing a cover of Billy Idol’s ‘Rebel Yell,’ the 20-year-old singer grabbed her crotch while screeching the chorus, “More, More, More,” the New York Daily News reported. Sporting a midriff-exposing studded leather outfit, Cyrus managed to out Idol during the song, stealing the show with her crowd-surfing and headbanging. Cue the pyrotechnics and women dancing in cages. Sunday’s crotch grabbing demonstration is Disney Channel-ready compared to Cyrus’ performance one week earlier at the Christmas Creampies concert inHollywood. Performing with frequent collaborator DJ Borgore, Cyrus sported a cleavage revealing top and shared the stage with a stripper. The VH1 Divas show also featured performances by Kelly Clarkson, Natasha Bedingfield (with Bootsy Collins and Iggy Azalea). Cyrus did show her softer side after the VH1 Divas show, dedicating the song to her dog Lila, who passed away earlier this week. “Feeling connected to my baby girl Lila after tonight,” Cyrus tweeted later Sunday. “I know she’s up in doggy heaven proud of her mommy for staying strong,” she wrote ANI
