Mumbai: John Abraham is not just muscles, attitude and style like most of the Bollywood actors, but there is more to him than just his fabulous bod. The actor is very kind hearted and has been known to be actively involved in social activities. He has also been awarded for taking up environmental causes. Recuperating from leg injury, John Abraham’s recent preoccupation has been providing homes to elephants. Saying that social activism runs in his blood, the actor revealed to a news daily that his dad is an architect and has built earthquake-proof homes for the needy in Latur and his mum is an active social worker. “Upbringing is important, and you need that inspiration at home,” John said. “My parents are the reason that I support social causes... be it providing shelter, protecting animals or spreading health awareness. I recently provided homes to 30 homeless elephants!” added John. Whoa! That is something to be proud about. Keep it up, Johnny boy!
