New Delhi: The fight to become the number smartphone maker is continuing between the two leading tech giants - Apple and Samsung. On Wednesday, a fresh lawsuit was filed by Samsung Electronics against Apple Inc in South Korea, claiming the iPhone 4S and iPad2 violated on three of its patents.
As per an international media agency, Samsung filed a suit, in a Seoul court on Tuesday. The lawsuit covers three utility patents and involves methods of displaying data, the user interface, and short text messages.
The patent war is being fought by these two companies across the globe in 10 countries with 30 cases. It started when Apple fired its first case claiming Samsung copied its iPhone and iPad models.
