Zeebiz BureauNew Delhi/Helsinki: Developers of the insanely hit mobile game Angry Birds launched their new game called ‘Amazing Alex’ on Friday for Android and iOS users.
According to reports, the game is based on physics and is available on Android's Play Store and Apple's App Store.
Both the games- Angry Birds and Amazing Alex have been developed by a Finland based mobile gaming company, Rovio.
The game revolves around a curious little boy, Alex, who builds Rube Goldberg like contraptions in order to complete simple household chores like cleaning his room. In the game, players can use soccer balls, toy cars, tilting shelves, scissors, magnets, pails and boxing gloves to complete a task.
Reportedly, Amazing Alex game is based on a former iPad game called ‘Casey's Contraptions’ from game makers Snappy Touch and Mystery Coconut Games, which Rovio bought and developed to create Amazing Alex.
Amazing Alex has a total of 100 levels and each level can be solved in more than one way.
Along with the 100 existing levels, users can set up their own levels in order to challenge their friends. They can share the levels they build as well as the solutions with others.
Though Amazing Alex is currently available on Android and iOS only, but it will soon be available to Windows Phone, Mac and PCs users, the game makers said.
