New Delhi: For those awaiting the arrival of Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini in the Indian stores, this piece of news could be a dampener.
News reports have it that the South Korean electronics maker is not in the mood to launch its much touted Samsung Galaxy SIII mini in the Indian markets. The reason for this has still not been clear though it is available in grey markets for Rs 7,750.
However many online news sites have said that the company is not going ahead with its decision to launch its SIII mini in Indian market because it may be a threat other smartphone of the company in the same price range.
Launched in October 2012, the SIII mini had the following features:
Super AMOLED 4-inch display with a screen resolution of 800 x 400 pixels
SIII Mini will come with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box
6/32GB internal memory expandable up to 32GB via microSD
The dimensions stand at 9.9mm x 63mm and weighing in at 119 gm
Bluetooth/GPS and Wi-Fi and both have a microUSB
5 megapixel camera with AF, LED flash, BSI sensor and 720p HD video recording
