
New Delhi: Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Thursday said company's profit after tax (PAT) fell by 32 percent to Rs 14.81 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2012.
It was Rs 21.78 crore over the same period (April-June) a year earlier, the company said in a statement.
The revenue (sales and operating income) of the company during the quarter fell 13 percent to Rs 263.20 crore, from Rs 302.15 crore a year earlier.
It sold an area of 4.88 million square feet in Q1 versus 8.53 million square feet.
While the average realisation stood at Rs 1,488 per square feet, from Rs 1,165 per square feet a year ago.
