World Cup victory of the Men in Blue was celebrated across society.

New Delhi: Cricket unites India like anything and World Cup victory of the Men in Blue was celebrated by cross-section of society. The fashion fraternity was in a jubilant mood too and designer Shyamal, grandson of former Test cricketer Deepak Shodhan, echoed the euphoria, saying the biggest party was in India Saturday night."Being a grandson of a record holding cricketer, I think it`s an amazing feeling. The country is on a mad celebration and the world`s biggest party is in India tonight," said Shyamal of Shyamal and Bhumika.

India Saturday defeated Sri Lanka by six wickets at Mumbai`s Wankhede Stadium to lifted the World Cup after 28 years. Ecstatic designers, models and choreographers applauded and appreciated India`s win.
