Cheryl Cole has fallen in love with mentoring ever since she joined X Factor.

London: Girls Aloud member Cheryl Cole has revealed that she has fallen in love with mentoring ever since she joined The X Factor, and would not mind trying her hand at management like Simon Cowell.Cheryl, 26, told Radio 1’s breakfast host Chris Moyles, 35, she would even take on fellow judge Cowell, 50, in the charts.

“Developing talent 100 percent, I love it. I love the buzz – it’s like a rush. It’s like what my team say when we come off from a Girls Aloud performance,” the Daily Star quoted her as saying. “Some have watery eyes if we’ve had a good one and are like: ‘Oh my God, I was so proud of you’. “I didn’t really get it until I did the show and now I totally get it, to the point where I think this is where I want to go,” she added.
