Noida flat owners meet GNIDA chief, discuss work resumption

Noida: Noida Extension Flat Owners and Members Association (NEFOMA) members today met the CEO of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, Rama Raman, at his residence to discuss the stalemate over the resumption of of construction work in the region.

Devender Kumar, Abhishek Kumar, Indrish Gupta, Shweta Bharti, Annu Khan, Vijay Trivedi and Ravinder Jain represented the Association.

"We raised question regarding Master Plan 2021 file, as it was sent back to GNIDA by National Capital Region Planning Board. In reply to us, he cleared all our doubts," general secretary of NEFOMA, Shweta Bharti told reporters.

"First, he said that file is still at NCRPB. Only one objection letter dated 6.6.12 was sent to Housing Dept (UP Govt)...Objections regarding green area and population density have also been cleared by GNIDA in previous correspondences the CEO told us," she said.

"According to the papers shown to us, it is very clear that the delay in approval is intentional and due to political reasons only. And it has nothing to do with the reasons shown in the letters," Bharti claimed.

"The CEO said he will reply to objection letter of NCRPB in meeting with Naini Jaiseelan on Monday. The reply letter is ready with the date of 15.6.2012. The letter was shown to us," Bharti said.
