Washington: A British woman, who made a bizarre petition for rights to late Michael Jackson’s estate, has had her case thrown out by a Los Angeles judge due to lack of evidence.Nona Paris Lola Jackson had made claims that she was married to Jackson at the time of his death in June this year.
But Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff told her by phone on December 10 that her petition was “replete with deficiencies”. “You have no evidence you were married to Mr. Jackson,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying. She had first made claims she was married to Jackson in 2006 when she began legal proceedings alleging she was the mother of Jackson’s three children. ANI
