Olivia Wilde took advice from real life strippers for new film

London: `Tron Legacy` star Olivia Wilde says she has prepared for her role as an exotic dancer in a new movie by spending time with real-life strippers.

The 28-year-old actress sheds her clothes to play a stripper in "Butter" and she learned the tricks of the trade from girls working at a club in Louisiana, reported Daily Star. "We went down to Action Central Cabaret in Shreveport, Louisiana, and I got to hang out in the locker room with the strippers, and they were so sweet. "They were really helpful. But also being able to hang out with the strippers let me know a little about the logistics of working at a strip club. I learned that what they do is incredibly difficult... It`s really an under-appreciated dance form," she said. Wilde also read Diablo Cody`s book `Candy Girl`, which tells the story of the screenwriter`s brief stint as a stripper. PTI
