Coimbatore: Leading property developer TVH Sunday launched an Rs 800 crore residential and integrated township project in the city.
The multifaceted Aurora Township offers premium villas, high-rise residences, malls and shopping centres and 1600-seat, eight-screen multiplexes, True Value Homes (TVH) Chairman N Ravichandran told reporters here today.
The residential apartments, Vista Heights, would be built in two phases accommodating about 800 apartments, with one, two, three and four-bedroom units on offer, ranging from 500 square feet to 4,000 square feet, he said.
There would also be 40 villas spread across four-and-a-half acres, he said.
The township project is spread over 18 lakh square feet, including seven lakh square feet of both mall and commercial buildings, which would be completed in five years, he said.
Of the residential premises, 400 apartments would be completed in the first phase in 21 months and the rest would would be delivered over five years, Ravichandran said.
Vista Heights would have various attractions for young and old alike, with joggers tracks, spas, gyms and playgrounds for children, he said, adding that the company would be going for 'green building' certification from a leading agency.
