New Delhi: Man Infrasconstruction on Tuesday said its subsidiary Manaj Tollway has signed a pact with the Maharashtra government for widening of a state highway at an estimated cost of Rs 358.37 crore.
"Manaj Tollway, a subsidiary of Man Infraconstruction has signed the concession agreement with PWD Maharashtra for four-laning of Hadapsar-Saswad-Belsar-Phata section of state highway No 64 and Belha-Pabal-Uralikanchan-Jejuri-Nira section of state highway no 61 in Pune, Maharashtra," the company said.
The project would be executed on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis while the concession period is 25 years including three years construction period, it said.
"The estimated cost of the project is Rs 358.37 crore," the construction company added.
