Mumbai: Godrej Properties (GPL) on Tuesday said it has entered into an agreement for developing a luxury residential project in Alipore in Kolkata.
The project, coming up on 1.36 acres of land, is expected to be launched in January 2013 and is estimated to be completed in 3 years, the company said in a statement.
The project, which will be 14 storey tall, will be done on a joint venture basis with modern specifications and state-of-the-art amenities, it said.
"This will be our fourth project in Kolkata and fits in well with our strategy of adding quality residential projects in different parts of the country. We will endeavor to create Kolkata's finest residential development," Godrej Properties Managing Director and CEO Pirojsha Godrej said.
