London: ‘Friends’ star Courteney Cox and David Arquette, eager for a second child, are planning to adopt one because the couple is ‘exhausted’ trying to conceive.

Cox, 45, underwent in-vitro fertilisation to become a first-time mum at 39. Arquette admits he`s ready to expand their family. A website reports that the 38-year-old Arquette confesses he doesn`t have the energy to make regular appointments to see fertility specialists and have sex. "It takes a lot for us to do it, so maybe adoption. Listen, I like practising as much as possible! But it`s hard... I`m exhausted!", he said. The couple married in 1999, after meeting on the set of horror franchise "Scream". Their first child Coco Riley Arquette was born in 2004. IANS
