Lady GaGa does a `Winehouse`

London: Known for her flamboyant wigs and love of wearing her innerwear outside, Lady Gaga has always tried to set her own fashion agenda. But it seemed that the 23-year-old had borrowed one of singer Amy Winehouse`s signature styles - her ballet shoes when she left her Paris hotel yesterday. Dressed in a typically flamboyant ensemble of black knickers, jacket and peak cap, Lady GaGa looked like a hybrid of a pilot, a circus ringmaster and a ballerina, reported Dailymail online. In keeping with her no 1 hit `Let`s Dance`, it looked like the pop star was ready to do exactly that as she greeted fans outside the Tremoille Hotel on the way to appear on a French TV show. While Winehouse frequently wears plain flat ballet shoes, GaGa went for heeled ballet Pointe shoes and ribbons tied around the ankles. Meanwhile, the singer, real name Stefani Germanotta, denied internet rumours she was either a man or a hermaphrodite. "It`s too low brow for me to even discuss," Gaga told the Australian radio station Nova. "I`m not embarrassed - I sold 4 million records in six months; I`m not embarrassed about anything," the singer added. The rumours were fuelled after an extra body part was seen to be falling out of GaGa`s dresses in a video of her Glastonbury performance in June. GaGa is currently at the end of her whistlestop to Europe before jetting back to her native New York to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards. Bureau Report
