Los Angeles: Lissome beauty Padma Lakshmi might have broken a millions of heart by declaring her pregnancy but that doesn’t stop her from making news, does that? The pregnant model is making sensational statements everyday and hence enjoying all the media attention.
Lakshmi has revealed that she butters her growing belly to ease the itch. “One thing that happens when you`re pregnant is that as your stomach starts to stretch (and) it itches! So I have to keep my belly really lubricated,” a magazine quoted her as saying.
“Every morning, there`s a buttering ceremony after I get out of the shower. It`s really like basting a turkey with body butter. Before, my housekeeper was helping me because I can`t bend over to do my feet. Now my mom`s here and she`s been buttering up my tummy”, adds Padma.
