New Delhi: Self proclaimed 'Universal Boss' Chris Gayle, on Tuesday, scripted history at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot when he completed 10,000 T20 runs. While the cricketing universe took to Twitter to laud the 'Big Man' on achieving his incredible record, veteran Indian offie Harbhajan Singh was left wondering about the sheer numbers of boundaries the West Indian would have hit. Bhajji, in astonishment, asked how many runs in fours and sixes?

Playing his 290th T20 game, Gayle had sliced a single through point off the third delivery of the fourth over against the Gujarat Lions, to achieve his feat. Although unfazed at the moment then, the Jamaican had later expressed his delight in the post-match presentation.

But the Turbanotor was rather quick with his expression as he tweeted, "What a Player @henrygayle keep it going.Only 10 k runs in T20 can someone tell how many runs in four nd sixes ?"

Well, to travel to this astonishing feat, Gayle struck 743 sixes and 769 fours, which also is a record in itself. Just the boundaries and the sixes come forth to combine 7534 runs which is exactly 74.79 per cent of the total.

The following stats were put up by Wisden India on their official Twitter page and moments after that, Harbhajan replied saying, "That's a crazy record."

Gayle, on Tuesday, had notched up a blistering 77-runs knock off just 38 deliveries to silence his critics. Although, whether the 37-year-old is back to his form, is still a question to be answered, but to the Bengaluru side that indeed was a match winning performance as RCB scripted a 21-run win.
