Royal Challengers Bangalore

Despite being studded with some of the finest hitters in limited-overs cricket, the Virat Kohli-led side is yet to win their maiden IPL title. After another brilliant run in 2016, Royal Challengers Bangalore fell inches short of the title where they lost to Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final.

While the team suffered a major blow when Aussie speedster Mitchell Starc ruled himself out of the tenth edition, they bought Engalnd's T20 specialist Tymal Mills – one to watch out for the new season.

The team dealt a severe blow ahead of the tenth season when Virat Kohli was ruled out of the fourth Test against Australia due to a shoulder injury. Only time will tell whether the Indian captain would be available for the first few matches for RCB.
