New Delhi: Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma was left aghast by a poor umpiring decision during their final league match of IPL 2017 against Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens.
Defending 173, Mumbai Indians bowlers got onto the work, removing top five Kolkata wickets inside the first 11 overs. And it could have been easily six down for the home side in the 14th over when Manish Pandey, batting at 22, nicked a Mitchell Johnson delivery to Ambati Rayudu.
A spontaneous appeal came, but umpire S Ravi was unmoved. The decision left skipper Rohit aghast.

Pandey, however, failed to make the most out of it, and departed in the 18th over, making 33 off 33 balls.
