New Delhi: Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma is a happy man as his team has been performing brilliantly in the tenth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Mumbai, who had the reputation of being slow starters, have taken everybody by surprise as they are currently at second position in points table with seven wins from nine matches.
While the team has lived up to the expectations of the fans, Rohit, who turned 30 on Sunday, received a lovely surprise by the Mumbai Indians' management.
Several of Hitman's fans travelled to the hotel where he was staying to wish him on his birthday.

The right-hander had no clue about the surprise which was planned for him as he said, "It's a great surprise. Thank you. Thank you for so much love. I never expected this. Seeing all that love and support is really pleasing. I am touched."
Rohit thanked his fans, who had come from different parts of the country, just to wish him on his birthday.
"I was just told that they travelled from many places and to come here and wish me. So I feel blessed. I am very happy," he added.
Mumbai Indians are up against Royal Challengers Bangalore in their next match which will be played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on May 1.
