New Delhi: Royal Challengers Bangalore have hardly had anything going their way in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 season, and it was just the same when they took on Kings XI Punjab on Friday.
Putting Glenn Maxwell-led KXIP to bat first, Virat Kohli's RCB restricted them to 138 for 7 but were bundled for 119 while attempting to chase the mediocre total.
Though the hosts were more-or-less tidy with their work on field, a blunder by wicket-keeper Kedar Jadhav left them embarrassed as it handed Wriddhiman Saha a lifeline, leaving bowler Yuzvendra Chahal agonised.

Axar Patel was the pick of the batsmen for Punjab side, hitting three fours and two sixes to score 19 runs in the the 20th over bowled by Shane Watson (1/43 in 4 overs) to help his side reach closer to 140 -- something that looked impossible after 19 overs.
