New Delhi: India and Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli is widely recognised as one of the fittest cricketers in the world. His hard work and attitude has won praise of many past and present cricketers but there is also a secret ingredient to Kohli's success that not many know about.
Kohli, as per a report in food.ndtv.com, the Delhi-born batsman only consumes bottled water and is particularly biased towards a brand named Evian, which is imported from France and costs about Rs. 600 per litre.
Kohli is known to never miss on his fitness routines no matter if he is on travel or sweating out on cricket field.
Former India captain, Sourav Ganguly once revealed how Kohli once hit the gymnasium with a trainer straight after batting for nearly six hours, scoring past the 150-run mark.
When asked about the reason, Ganguly revealed that " he (Kohli) wanted to work out at that moment because he was tired, and that was the only way he was going to get double and triple hundreds in Test matches."
