Virat Kohli is most 'kanjoos' in Indian cricket team: Yuvraj Singh
Virat Kohli, who is one of the highest-earning cricketers in the world at the moment, has been called a 'big miser' by one of his seniors.
New Delhi: Virat Kohli might be one of the richest cricketers in the world at the moment, but Indian left-hander Yuvraj Singh reckons he is the most miser cricketer in the current Indian team.
Strange it might sound, but speaking to radio channel Radio Mirchi, the southpaw said that Kohli is very miser.
"Virat Kohli is a big miser. Every time we go out, I am always paying. I have to force him to give the money. Ashish Nehra is also another big miser. When he was getting married, he used to tell us that he cannot spend money since he has a wife and kids," Yuvi said.
The cricketer from Punjab further added that there were several senior Indian cricketers as well who were misers but he cannot name them.
When asked if Sourav Ganguly, Sachin Tendulkar or Rahul Dravid were one of them, Yuvi asked the host to move on to the next question.
Yuvraj shared several interesting anecdotes during the interview. Watch it here:
