Putting it in the simplest of words, it states that you attract everything in your life through the power of thoughts. Negative thoughts will bring about negative results whereas positive thoughts can work miraculously!

Meditate

Since LOA (Law of Attraction) deals with controlling your thoughts, there is no better way to do it that controlling your mind via meditation. It calms your mind and allows you to change your thought pattern.

Vision Board

A vision board is another idea given in 'The Secret'. All you need to do is get a blank sheet and paste pictures of whatever you want on it. For Eg, there's a car you want to have since long, take out its picture and put it up on the vision board. Then, place the board in a place where you can see it every day. With this, you will be able to focus on your goals.

Talk about the things you want, not the ones you don't have

When it comes to LOA, this is one of the most important things to be kept in mind. If you focus on the absence of something, you will only attract more of it. Hence, rather than cribbing about the things you don't have, shift your focus on the things that you have or desire. It is all about shifting the focus of your thoughts!

Have good thoughts before you sleep

When you sleep, your mind processes information. Hence, it is important that each night, before you go to sleep, the thoughts in your head are positive ones. Try thinking about all the good things you have in your life before sleeping, you will feel the change next morning.

Don't let resistance cloud your judgment

Chances are that the moment you try to change your thought pattern, negative thoughts, even events may try to overpower you. Don't let that cloud your judgment. Tell yourself that this resistance won't last long and is a mere obstacle that can easily be overcome.
