Delhi cop caught masturbating in front of female constable, suspended

A Delhi Police constable was allegedly caught masturbating in front of a female constable.

Delhi: A Delhi Police constable, who was allegedly caught masturbating in front of a female colleague, has been suspended.

The incident reportedly took place in the mess of a police training centre in Jharoda Kalan in the national capital, as per a media report.

According to News18, a departmental inquiry has been initiated against him. 

The report said that the accused was reportedly drunk and initially touched two women constables inappropriately. 

An hour later he was caught masturbating in front of another woman constable, who reported him to senior police officials.

The shocking incident come days after the police arrested a 32-year-old man for allegedly masturbating in front of a German woman.

The incident is said to have taken place in Greater Kailash area of south Delhi at around 2.45 pm on July 20.

The 33-year-old scholar had taken her dog out for a stroll.

The man reportedly pulled his trousers down and started masturbating while looking the woman and had then had driven off in his car. 

She had managed to get the car's number plate and had subsequently informed the police.

The man, Tarun, was arrested on Friday evening from Palwal in Haryana.
