New Delhi: Sacked Aam Aadi party leader Kapil Mishra on Tuesday challenged Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to resign as an MLA and contest polls against him.

Addressing a press conference, Mishra, who has levelled serious allegations against several senior AAP leaders, including Kejriwal, Satyendar Jain, Gaurav Chaddha, Sanjay Singh and some others, said he would be visiting the Central Bureau of Investigation and officially file his complaint.

"I have known Kejriwal for the last 15 years and can assume his each and every single step," Mishra said, adding that he knows that he would be alone in this fight against the AAP convenor, who has money power and the backing of many party leaders, but he won't back out.

Mishra threw an open challenge to contest polls against him from any of the Delhi Assembly constituency.

He also took a dig at his one-time mentor, saying today Arvind Kejriwal will address the Vidhan Sabha to prove his innocence, where he himself would be the accused, judge and witness.

"I have learnt from you (Kejriwal), bless me, as I am going to file FIR against you," Mishra said while addressing the press.

Mishra, who has been sacked by the AAP said, “First FIR will be on cash deal between Satyendra Jain and Arvind Kejriwal Ji.”

“Second FIR will be on How Satyendra Jain has benefitted close relatives of Arvind Kejriwal in illegal land deals.”

“Information related to third FIR has been received today through "Lets Clean AAP Campaign”

“Third FIR will be on Foreign Tours using illegal money by Satyendra Jain, Ashish Khetan, Raghav Chaddha, Sanjay Singh and Durgesh Pathak.”

Mishra on Monday submitted documents to the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) to back his allegations that Kejriwal had delayed the probe into a Rs 400 crore tanker scam.
