New Delhi: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the Combined High Secondary Level Examination Tier III (CHSL) skill test admit card.
Candidates appearing for the exams can download it from official website - ssc-cr.org.
They will have to fill registration ID/ roll number and date of birth.
5134 vacancies will be filled by the SSC exams.
As per the official website - "The Estimates Committee of Parliament, in its 47th Report (1967-68), recommended the setting up of a Services Selection Commission for conducting examinations to recruit staffs for central government departments. Government of India decided to constitute a Subordinate Services Commission under an Executive Resolution in November, 1975 . It was renamed as Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on September 26, 1977."
"The main responsibility of the Staff Selection Commission is to make recruitment to Group C (non-technical) and Group B (non-gazetted- both technical and non-technical) posts in departments of Government of India, its attached & subordinate offices except those for which recruitment is made by the Railway Recruitment Boards and Industrial Establishments. The Staff Selection Commission is also assigned the task of conducting Departmental Examinations for - Promotion from Group D to LDC Grade, Promotion from LDC to UDC Grade and Promotion from Stenographers Grade D to Stenographers Grade C besides holding Periodical Typewriting Tests in English and Hindi."
