West Bengal Board Class 12 Result 2016 details:
- 7,79,453 students had appeared for the examination. 6,79,453 number of students passed the exams last year.

- Total pass percentage – 83.65 percent. Swagatam Halder topped with 99 percent marks. East Midnapore district had the highest number of candidates clearing the examination - 92.38 percent.

- Students of the Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Narendrapur, set a new record scoring 92.10 percent marks on an average.
