`Glassy-eyed` Lilo refuses to pay after private lap dances

New York: Lindsay Lohan reportedly refused to pay after receiving three lap dances at an underground strip party.Sources revealed that the ` Mean Girls ` star was spotted sitting in a corner watching the girls and smoking cigarettes and though she was `very touchy` with the dancers, she refused to pay for it.

Sources added that the actress` hair were `really ratty`, her eyes were `glassy` and she looked `extremely haggard` like she needed to `go back to rehab`. Reportedly, Lohan was spotted boozing at Coachella and `no one around her was surprised`.
