Adele receives MBE honour
London: Singer Adele has been recongised for her services to music and awarded an MBE in the Queen`s Birthday Honours.
The British monarch Queen Elizabeth II presents the awards each year. The "Skyfall" hitmaker was recognised for her services to music Saturday, reports contactmusic.com.
The 25-year-old singer is said to be worth 30 million pounds and has sold seven million albums in the Britain alone.
