New York: Actor Alec Baldwin`s pregnant wife Hilaria Thomas is facing a lawsuit from a man, who alleges he was injured during her yoga class.
Spencer Wolff claims he suffered "serious" injuries and got "emotional upset" during the session in January at Yoga Vida held by Thomas, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Wolff has filed papers in Manhattan Supreme Court and blames the "overcrowded" class and Thomas` "negligence" as two causes of his alleged accident.
Thomas, who has been instructing yoga since 2005, is due to give birth to Baldwin`s baby later this year.
