London: Singer Alexandra Burke has confirmed that she has parted ways with her management team.
The 26-year-old singer was signed to KWL with plans for a music relaunch, but she wrote in a blog post to fans that their joint aims have failed to materialise in the way they had hoped after starring in West End musical 'The Bodyguard', reportedly.
"'The Bodyguard' was a fantastic experience that allowed me to really learn a lot about myself... It was a true blessing to be out there constantly performing for you all. Thank you to those who travelled from near and far to support me during the show, it was a unforgettable moment in my career and I'm grateful I got the chance to share it with you all.
"Moving on, I believe it's only right that I inform you all that I have parted ways with KWL. I was with KWL for 18 months and unfortunately what we had hoped to achieve didn't come to fruition. Therefore, I felt it was best to go in a new direction and I wish KWL all the best with their future endeavours," she said.
