New Delhi: You have got to hand it to Amul. The dairy brand which comes out with some extremely humorous and sometimes cheeky ads has this time spoofed PM’s appearance on the cover of the latest issue of ‘Time’ magazine. For those who came in late, PM Dr Manmohan Singh features on the cover of this month’s ‘Time’ magazine and has been labeled as an ‘underachiever’ in the feature story. Perhaps, echoing the general mood of the country, the cover story is about how the PM has failed to give the country a much needed boost. Taking on the ‘Time cover’ Amul has come out with its own version which features the adorable Amul girl in spectacles holding a slice of buttered bread in her hand. The headline says ‘Amul anyTime’ and calls itself the ‘Wonderachiever’. Amul has been known to make satires of the prevailing trends in the country. From politics, to sports to entertainment, Amul covers all aspects of the society through its tongue-in-cheek ads.
